Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives. There's no COD fee. Online payments (UPI, cards, net-banking) are coming soon.

Yes. Every price includes GST, and the checkout shows exactly how much GST is included before you place your order.

Yes. A tax invoice is issued when your order ships, and you can download it from your order page.

Yes — free of charge until it's dispatched, from your order page or Track Order.

Free on orders of ₹999 and above, otherwise ₹79.

We dispatch in 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch (up to 10 for remote areas, J&K interiors and the North-East).

Yes, to all PIN codes our courier partners service. We don't ship internationally yet.

Items that are unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, seals and tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Defective, wrong or late items are always returnable for a full refund.

Contact us with your order number and a short description or photos of the fault. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as per the warranty shown on the product page.

By bank transfer or UPI to an account you nominate. We'll only ever ask for these details through our official email or phone, and never for an OTP or PIN.

You can browse freely, but placing an order needs a free account (just your name, email and a password). If you aren't signed in, we'll take you to sign in and bring you straight back to checkout — your bag is saved.
