In short
- Pay with Cash on Delivery — no extra fee.
- Every price on the website includes GST. You get a GST tax invoice for every order.
- We will never ask for your OTP, PIN, password or card number.

UPI, card and net-banking payments will be enabled once our payment gateway is activated.
When online payments are enabled, they will be processed by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We will not see or store your full card details. The payment provider's name and contact details, how to cancel any recurring payment, and how to raise a charge-back will be shown here at that time, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. How our prices work
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The selling price never exceeds the MRP.
- Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more; otherwise a ₹79 delivery charge applies (GST included).
- Before you place an order, checkout shows the total in a single figure with a full break-up: item prices, delivery charge and the GST included (CGST + SGST for deliveries within Jammu & Kashmir, IGST elsewhere).
- There are no convenience fees, COD fees, packing fees or charges added at the last step.
- Mobile accessories and gadgets attract GST at 18%. The rate for each product follows its HSN code and the amount is shown at checkout.
3. Tax invoice
A GST tax invoice is issued when your order is dispatched and can be downloaded from your order page. If you need your GSTIN on an invoice for business purchases, contact us before your order ships.
4. Stay safe from fraud
We will never call, message or email you asking for an OTP, UPI PIN, card number, CVV or password, or ask you to pay into a personal bank account or scan a QR code to receive a refund. If someone does, it is not us — please report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
